This paper tries to find out how the knowledge management (KM) practices of companies can be altered to meet the competitive challenges of the global economy through empirical evidences. The effort also directed to find whether the firm is trying to fully utilize its resources to create strategic capabilities in order to acquire and maintain competitive advantage. This paper explores through primary data, how companies can practice knowledge management in order to get sustainable competitive advantage. |
